Jakarta, November 18th, 2024 – PT AXA Insurance Indonesia (AXA Insurance) has launched the AXA myPage mobile application, a dedicated application for agents as business partners of AXA Insurance. This application is specifically designed to support the ease of doing business and improve the performance of all AXA Insurance agent partners in providing the best service to all customers in Indonesia.
AXA myPage application is part of AXA Insurance's digital transformation strategy and continuous innovation in line with the increasingly dynamic use of technology. The AXA myPage app is a one-stop digital solution for our business partners. It makes it easy to market general and health insurance products that people need in the palm of their hand. This application supports the marketing of the Smart range of products (SmartTravel, SmartDrive, SmartHome, SmartBusiness, and SmartMedicare) launched last year.
Supported by security features using fingerprint biometrics and facial identification, AXA myPage provides easy access to key information for each agent, from quote creation, sales transaction portfolio monitoring, performance reports, promotional and sales materials, to meeting reminders and pipeline management, so that agents can offer the right insurance solutions to meet customers' needs while monitoring their performance.
To ensure the security of its digital ecosystem, AXA Insurance obtained ISO 27001 certification last April. ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security management systems. The implementation of this standard demonstrates AXA Insurance's commitment to being at the forefront of managing and controlling system security risks and protecting the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of AXA Insurance customers' information.
In the future, the AXA myPage mobile application will continue to be developed with more comprehensive features that will allow AXA Insurance's agent to monitor the customer's claims process, thus providing a complete digital experience. (END)
